3 dl latte intero
2 dl panna liquida da montare
80 gr di zucchero
40 gr cacao amaro
60 gr di cioccolato amaro
1 bianco d'uovo
Put the cocoa and the sugar in a pan and dilute with milk making sure to avoid lumps.
Put on medium heat stirring until everything is hot, but do not reach boiling point.
Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stir until it melts completely.
Let cool and then refrigerate for an hour.
Add the liquid cream and the egg white beat untill stiff.
Pour the chocolate cream freshly prepared into the ice-cream maker and let it work following the instruction.
