Wash all the fruits carefully.
Cut into little cubes the peach, the plums and the pears without removing the peel.
Add the raspberries and the blackberries.
Lastly cut in halves the grapes and add to the rest of the fruits put in a medium bowl.
Squeeze the lemon juice and together with 3 sugar spoons add to the fruit salad.
Pour the apricot juice to your taste.
Stir and cover with plastic wrap, place into the fridge and allow to macerate for 2 hours at least.
