2 whole eggs
60 gr seed oil
1 cup of natural yogurt
100 gr rice flour
100 gr of flour 00
50 gr corn starch
1 pack of baking powder
icing sugar to decorate
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl beat the eggs vigorously with a pinch of salt and sugar.
Grate the orange rind and add it to the mixture with the oil, the orange juice and yogurt.
A little at a time combine flour with corn starch and baking powder and continue to stir until the mixture is frothy and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a ring mold already buttered and floured.
Bake in the oven for about 35/40 minutes (check the cooking with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cooking is finished).
Lightly dust with icing sugar.
