Ingredienti per 2 tortiere:
175 gr di zucchero semolato
50 gr di fecola di patate
4 uova intere
150 gr di farina 00
1 bacca di vaniglia

Procedimento:
In un pentolino scaldare le uova con 175 gr di zucchero e la bacca di vaniglia (non portare a bollore, ma ad una temperatura di circa 45° C).
Versare il tutto in una ciotola capiente e montare con le fruste, fino ad avere un composto liscio e spumoso.
Aggiungere la farina con la fecola, sempre mescolando.
Versare il tutto negli stampi foderati con la carta forno e cuocere in forno caldo a 190° C per 20 minuti.

Ingredients for 2 cake tins:
175 gr granular sugar
50 gr potato starch
4 whole eggs
150 gr superfine flour
1 vanilla berry

Method:
In a pot heat the eggs with 175 gr of sugar and 1 vanilla berry (not boil, heat until 45° C temperature).
Pour the mixture in a medium bowl and whisk with electric beater until creamy and frothy batter.
Add the flour and potato starch, beating continuously.
Spoon the batter into 2 paper-lined cake tins and bake into preheated oven at 374°F for 20 minutes.
