250 gr superfine flour
350 gr milk
60 gr oilseed
In a large bowl place flour, a pinch of salt and oil and gradually add the milk, stirring to combine.
Let it rest for 1 hour into fridge.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium/high heat.
Pour the batter with a large spoon onto the griddle and tilt the pan with a circular motion to cover the surface evenly.
Cook for 1 about minute until the bottom is light brown; then turn and cook the other side.
Continue the procedure until the batter is finished.
