Farli raffreddare almeno 10 minuti e poi servire.
Ingredients for about 12 servings:
2 large eggs
130 gr (4,6 oz) brown sugar
180 gr (6,3 oz) spelt flour
100 gr (3,5 oz) hazelnuts flour
10 gr (0,4 oz) yeast
1/2 pack of vanillin
170 gr (6 oz) milk
In a mixing bowl combine eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar.
Then add gradually milk and the remaining ingredients.
With the electric beater whisk the batter until smooth and uniform.
Pour the mixture into muffin cups and bake into hot oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes or until muffins turn golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack at least 10 minutes and serve.
