In una ciotola unire le mele e tutti gli altri ingredienti fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
Appena cotti, toglierli dal forno e farli raffreddare.
Ingredients for about 30 biscuits:
300 gr all-purpose flour
2 tblspoons of oilseed
Peel and grate the apple finely.
In a large mixing bowl, blend apples and all the ingredients until well blended.
Form a ball and roll the pastry out on the whiten workspace to 1 cm thick.
Cut cookies to desired shape.
Place dog cookies on the baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper.
Bake the biscuits at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
Once crisp, remove cookies from oven and let cool.
Store cookies for 2 weeks.
