4 wooden craft sticks
40 gr honey
400 gr sugar
1 pack of vanillin
red food coloring
100 ml water
Wash the apples and insert craft sticks into apples.
To prepare the caramel put water into saucepan, combine sugar and honey and cook stirring continuosly.
Bring to a boil (about 212°F) and combine the food coloring, cloves and a pinch of cinnamon.
Cook until 302°F and then remove the cloves from mixture.
Cover each apple with caramel and let dry onto greaseproof paper.
