Ingredients for about 30 biscuits:
2 homogenized baby food (meat or fish)
2 tblspoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of spelt flour
1/2 cup of bran flour
1 tblspoon of oilseed
Accendere il forno.
Mix together all the ingredients until smooth and crumbly.
Roll the pastry out about 3 mm thick on the working surface and with a dog-bone cutter (I don't have it, so I have made walnut-sized flatten balls) cut biscuits until you've used all the dough.
Place them onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 374° F.
