Salare, pepare e impiattare aggiungendo un goccio d'olio crudo.
1 clove of garlic
700 ml vegetable broth
30 gr (1 oz) butter
salt, black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Cut potatoes and broccoli into small pieces.
In a large pot combine vegetables, butter and garlic and roast for few minutes.
Combine broth, cover and simmer for 30 minuites.
Start the immersion blender until smooth and creamy soup.
Salt, pepper and pour into dishes.
Garnish with parsley, a drop of olive oil and serve.
