100 gr di mandorle
Tritare le mandorle grossolanamente e tenere da parte.
2 pots of biologic almond yogurt
½ teaspoon of bicarbonate
½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 pot of oilseed
3 pots of whole wheat flour
2 pots of brown sugar
1 pack of vanillin powder
1 pinch of natural sea fine salt
100 gr almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Chop the almonds and set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat all the ingredients together until combined with the electric beater.
Transfer the batter to a cake pan, flatten, top evenly with the chopped almonds and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
