Lasciare intiepidire almeno 10 minuti prima di servire.
50 gr (1,7 oz) caster sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
50 gr (1,7 oz) potato starch
1 pack of yeast
50 ml (1,7 fl. oz) of oilseed
milk to taste
2 handfuls of minced almonds
In a mixing bowl beat using an electric mixer the sugar with the eggs and 1 tblspoon of honey.
Afterwards add the flour sifted with the yeast and potato starch, the almond extract, oilseed and about ½ small cup of milk keep beating.
Pour the batter into the greased and floured plum cake mould, flatten and top with 1 tblspoon of caster sugar and chopped almonds.
Bake it for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
