With the electric beater beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Combine the oilseed and the juice of 2 oranges, the sifted flour and the potato starch and the yeast, stirring continuosly.
Add the grated peel of 1 orange and the grated ginger.
Mix well and pour the batter into the mould.
Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 40 minutes.
