Meanwhile butter and floured the cake pan and, spent 30 minutes, we can roll out the dough to form a sheet 1/2 cm high (except 1/5 of dough we leave apart).
Riddle with holes the dough on the bottom with a fork, pour the stuffind made before with ricotta cheese, chopped amaretto biscuits, 50 gr of sugar, 1 yolk and chocolate drops to taste. At the end chop over the surface the remaning dough we left apart.
Cake into the preheated oven at 180°C for about 25/30 minutes.
